Returns

You have 15 days from the delivery date to request a return.

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition

To start your return, email us at sippin.brewtiful@gmail.com with your order number and reason for returning.

Once approved, we’ll send you a return label and easy step-by-step instructions.
Please note: return shipping costs may be deducted from your refund unless the return is due to a mistake on our end.
Exchanges

Want a different size or color? We’re happy to help with an exchange within 15 days of delivery.

Exchanges are based on availability — if your preferred item is out of stock, we’ll issue a refund instead.
Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund to your original payment method.

Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your account.

Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a damaged or incorrect item.
Final Sale Items

Items marked Final Sale, Clearance, or Custom cannot be returned or exchanged — all sales are final on those pieces.
Damaged or Wrong Item?

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us within 5 days of delivery.
