Return Policy

We want you to love your crewneck. But if it’s not the perfect fit, no worries — we’ve got you covered.

Returns

  • You have 15 days from the delivery date to request a return.

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition

  • To start your return, email us at sippin.brewtiful@gmail.com with your order number and reason for returning.

  • Once approved, we’ll send you a return label and easy step-by-step instructions.

Please note: return shipping costs may be deducted from your refund unless the return is due to a mistake on our end.

Exchanges

  • Want a different size or color? We’re happy to help with an exchange within 15 days of delivery.

  • Exchanges are based on availability — if your preferred item is out of stock, we’ll issue a refund instead.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund to your original payment method.

  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your account.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a damaged or incorrect item.

Final Sale Items

  • Items marked Final Sale, Clearance, or Custom cannot be returned or exchanged — all sales are final on those pieces.

Damaged or Wrong Item?

  • If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us within days of delivery.

  • Send us a quick email with photos, and we’ll take care of it ASAP.
